With the combination of rebuilding, restructuring, and replenishing proper nutrients, corrective exercise, and preventative health care through massage, not only will the body begin to change, but the human mind begins to REPROGRAM and REWIRE an individual’s self-image.

Approaching a lifestyle of health and fitness can always be a scary step.  Fret not!  When training with Man2Machine it’s our focus to ensure safe and effective training, health, and proper recovery for all ages and demographs.  Creating mental and physical growth is all a part of the process of becoming a machine!

PERSONAL TRAINING

As a personal trainer, I feel it is my obligation to ensure that each and every individual I encounter is motivated to be a much better and stronger version of themselves. Presenting accurate knowledge of fitness by using exercise prescriptions and instructions, it is my dream to make sure that I impact each life in such a manner that the thought of what CAN’T be done no longer exists.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage has multiple types which are known as modalities.  The process of manipulating soft body tissue (muscle, tendons, connective tissue, and ligaments) can be the bridge that allows the body to properly heal and be realigned.  Massage is delivered to improve blood flow (deliver water, waste, nutrients, and oxygen) and to affect the nervous system creating sedation (relaxation) and to enhance tissue healing.

ACTIVE RELEASE TECHNIQUE

Active Release Technique treatment is a hands-on touch and case-management system that allows a practitioner to diagnose and treat soft-tissue injuries. Specific injuries that apply are repetitive strains, adhesions, tissue hypoxia, and joint dysfunction.

CARDIO / ENDURANCE

Sometimes when hearing this term, the first thing that might come to mind is aerobic exercise associated with running. Keep in mind that cardio/muscular endurance comes in many forms of training. In a very fun and effective way, it’s very important to see an increase in heart, lungs, and muscular activity for extended periods of time.

RUNNING, RELAYS, SPEED AND AGILITY

Using cones, ladders, sleds, bungee cords, and other challenging methods, Man2Machine thrives upon the excitement of helping individuals accomplish the task of creating more speed and agility.  Having the skill set to execute precise movement will definitely set YOU apart in any activity.

The very foundation on which Man2Machine was built is based upon just that: A Better Lifestyle. We as a species have become too dependent upon synthetic drugs to do the job that the human body was designed to do. This very reason is to overcome and adapt to imposed demands placed upon it. Let’s kick the pill and use natural resources to reset and restore the body to its natural settings and begin to program your system to perform an unthinkable task.

NUTRITION

Becoming skilled in the field of nutrition is the most critical part of any form of health and fitness.  When properly appointed to the human body, nutrition has the ability to cause climacteric changes. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT has more meaning than one would assume. FOOD can either increase or decrease the process of health and growth.

YOUTH TRAINING

We are now confronted with very challenging times with a rising rate of obesity. Children’s health should always be at the forefront of our minds, as they will always be the next generation to oversee the future of the human race. We love to create fun games and physical activities for children to help them build confidence within themselves and to also help them understand the importance of health and fitness. The time to start is NOW!

WORKOUTS FOR ALL AGES

Stepping outside of the box to design exercise programs can always create the silliest and happiest of times, also relieving individuals of the intimidation factor of exercise. Having fun while being healthy and leading a life of fitness should be limitless.

Timothy Corner is Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been in the health and fitness industry for more than 10 years. Timothy was recently awarded with his A.R.T certification (Active Release Technique), which is the highest form of soft tissue manipulation.

Timothy is also licensed in LMT (Sports Massage, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Swedish Massage), CPT, FNS, is an MMA conditioning coach, is experienced in balance training, core training, flexibility training, reactive training, SAQ training, Resistance training, Active Release Technique,  and K-Taping.

Timothy has a very successful rate in helping heal and repair injuries, while helping individuals create a stronger and healthier body.  Timothy has also been awarded by the CHLA for outstanding Massage Therapist of the Year in Colorado, on behalf of The Broadmoor. Timothy is eager and motivated to change the health and fitness world by creating a knowledgeable environment centered on his passions and to improve the health of each individual he encounters.

During past career opportunities, Timothy was awarded by USAF as a top graduate of his class. He also had the opportunity to work with a few well-known celebrities.
